This is just a reminder that there are Four Turbo sessions remaining for this year (Thursday Feb 15th, Feb 22nd, Mar 1st and Mar 8th)
The remaining sessions will bring benefits in Strength, Muscle Building, Stamina and Cardio.
All Club Members are Welcome.
Well done to all who have participated so far. Turnout and participation has been very good for the six sessions to-date.
If club members can participate in the final four Turbo sessions it will stand to you for the season ahead.
If you have been unable to attend a session to-date you can still join in as you set the resistance level for the session.
All sessions will be continue to be held in the First Fruits Arts Centre.
Setup and warm-up from 19:00, Sessions start at 19:30 sharp.
