HI, An update on the fundraising associated with the “Spinathon” held in Ross’s Centra Watergrasshill on Sat Dec 16th last. The Bank transfer to Cork Penny Dinners has been completed for the final sum of €3000. There were some additional contributions received following the Spinathon. The inaugural Over The Hill spinathon took place last Saturday 16th December at Ross's Centra Watergrasshill. The event kicked off at 8.00am with Joanne McHugh and Conor Mac Aree first up on the turbo trainers. Members pedaled for one hour at a time. Over The Hill Cycling Club will run an all day spinathon on Saturday Dec 16th at Ross's Centra Watergrasshill from 08:00 to 22:00. Members can organise a cycle via the Club WhatsApp group for later in the day if road conditions are acceptable.
