Saturday Cycle July 8th features The Vee and a Coffee stop for Pieta House above Lismore.
There will be two groups, the first group leaves at 07:30, average speed 23-25 Km/Hr; the second group leaves at 07:45 with an average speed of 26-28 Km/Hr.
The route heads via Mountain Barrack, Clogheen, The Vee, Cappoquin, Lismore,Tallow, Conna, WGH.
There will be a coffee stop in Toor above Lismore which will be in aid of Pieta House and the Lismore Community First Response Program.
Just make a donation on the day.
