Thanks to all club members who marshalled, provided cakes / refreshments in the inaugural Hillfest Duathlon. Well done to the club members who took part. It was a pleasure to work with members of the Parents and Community Association and with Watergrasshill AC Two photos near the start of the event are included.
There are still some spaces available for the Duathlon on Saturday morning. Entries can be made on https://eventmaster.ie/event.php?event_id=1236. Entries will be accepted on the morning, on a strictly first come, first served basis.

Wednesday Cycle (May 31) features Hill Repeats. This event is suitable for All Levels. There will be a 10 minute warm-up, then 75 mins of repeats followed by a warm-down.
